1. How do I make an appointment to view The Doughnut Factory?

Viewings can be scheduled between 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday (or earlier or later by arrangement).
2. What does The Doughnut Factory offer?
- Rates - £55 per week for desk space or £220-£260 per week for 2-3 person office space
- Affordability - the desk space and office space rent includes business rates, electricity, water, gas.
- Flexibility - one month's deposit in advance and one week's notice
- Connection – FREE wi-fi
- Convenience – Training room for rent at £20 an hour/£10 an hour for tenants, Meeting room for rent at £10 an hour/free for tenants. Event space from £250 per day
- Access - open Monday-Saturday 7.00am -9.00pm (9.00am-6.00.pm Saturday) - full disability access, and major road and transport links underground/London Overground nearby.
3. What are the costs and terms?
- Individual desk space in open plan floor - £55 per week
- 3-4 person office - £220/260 per week
- Meeting/training room - £20 rental per hour / £10 per hour tenants
- Small meeting/interview room - £10 rental per hour / free for tenants
Event space from £250 per day
- Each desk/office has a designated, direct phone line (with charges for phone/line rental of £2.50p per week and calls as per itemised billing).
- Written licence contract to be signed--References required
- One month's deposit in advance
- One week's notice.
4. What IT and telephone facilities are available?
- wi-fi Internet available on every desk and in every office for rent
- Each desk in the open plan or office has a phone and phone line.
- Alcatel phone sytems
- Standard charge for phone and line of £2.50 per week
- Calls made charged as per itemised bill.
5. What hours is The Doughnut Factory open?
Monday-Friday 7.00 am-9.00 pm and Saturday 9am-6.00pm.
6. What are the transport links for the area and directions?
The Doughnut Factory is convenient for Acton, Ealing, Chiswick, Shepherds Bush, Hammersmith and Richmond.
- Underground stations all within 10-15 minutes walk:
- East Acton (Central line),
- Chiswick Park/Stamford Brook (District line),
- Turnham Green (Piccadilly and District line),
- Acton Town (Piccadilly)
- Mainline Station - Acton Central (London Overground Trains: Richmond-Acton-Stratford -Woolwich)
- Buses - 207,607 266.
- Road - A406 North Circular/M25/M4/M40/A40/Uxbridge Road (Acton).
Warple Way is off Uxbridge Road, opposite Acton Park and the King's Arms pub. Warple Mews is on the left hand side of the road opposite the Sun studios)
7. What are the features of the local area?
- Acton Market is open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The market is 10 minutes walk away or quicker by bus.
- Shepherd's Bush market is 20 minutes' walk away or 10 minutes by bus.
- Westfields - new shopping centre is 10 minutes by bus
- Ealnig Broadway shopping centre is 10 minutes by bus
- Acton Park has been open since 1888 with an elm tree statue 'The Twilight Tree'. Facilities include tennis courts and a cafe.
- Southfields recreation ground features tennis courts and a nature and wildflower meadow area.
- There are walks in and around Ealing and its parks, and a network of bicycle lanes.
- Acton Library is 10 minutes' walk away or quicker by bus.
- Places to eat include restaurants (Indian, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Thai and many other world cuisines.)
- There are many clubs for sport in the area and gyms (Virgin Active and Fitness First are 10 minutes walk) Acton Swimming Baths are 10 minutes walk.
- Local history includes Pitshanger Manor, Ealing Studios, London Transport Museum, Gunnersbury Manor, and listed church, cinema, town halls, memorials, and the Hoover Building.
